The Urban Regeneration BU undertakes projects of various scales and uses, providing professional architectural services in redevelopment, reconstruction, and private-sale housing business. Ranging from apartment reconstruction and district redevelopment to station-area youth housing, as well as rental dormitories and private-sale housing, the unit embodies the diverse qualities and functions of urban housing. Responding to the rapidly-changing needs of society, it pursues the sustainability of healthy cities while expanding its reach in both the private and public housing markets by building the organizational “teamship” that integrates design and technology.
