WICITY Blooming Residential Complex, Goyang

WICITY Blooming Residential Complex, Goyang

The Goyang-Siksa District, jointly developed by GS Xi and Byeoksan Blooming as South Korea’s largest private urban development complex, is located within a 3-kilometer radius of Ilsan New Town. It boasts abundant living infrastructure, public and cultural facilities, educational environments, and is surrounded by natural landscapes including Gobongsan and Hyeondalsan Mountains. The transportation environment is excellent, with close proximity to Ilsan IC and Goyang IC, enhanced by the construction of the Second Jayu-ro Expressway and the double-tracking of the Gyeongui Line, enabling most residents to commute to Seoul conveniently.

Wi City Blooming Goyang forms a “green community” encompassing the entire Siksa District, creating a rich forest village where multiple generations and residents coexist. A pedestrian trail linking Gobongsan and Hyeondalsan connects the entire complex and greens, forming diverse green systems. Around these green areas, dynamic spaces such as plazas and performance halls are integrated to offer events for the residents. The residential buildings are also an element of the landscape, with rooftop designs inspired by leaves and petals enhancing the brand image of Byeoksan Blooming Apartments. The color scheme of the façade, composed of light apricot, brown, and chestnut tones, harmonizes gently and stably with the complex and surrounding environment.
