Junglim’s Urban Design
Making Harmony of Multi-level Urban Space
The city is not a definite object, but a process that implies temporality. As a flexible fabric, it has to accommodate new demands of the era according to the development and change of social, economic, and industrial structures. Junglim Architecture has an organization that can fully cope with these demands of urban functions, and strives ceaselessly for serving the urban role in securing the competitiveness of projects and creating future values.
-
Regional City Plan
The regional city plan is to manage the urban growth by suggesting the direction and strategy of long-term development for two or more adjacent cities so as to enable integrated management of urban uses and functions. -
Basic City Plan
The basic city plan is a policy plan that suggests the desirable vision and direction of long-term development for a city to take, reflecting the higher-level plan. -
City Management Plan
The city management plan is an official plan established to explore sustainable development of a city such as the harmony between urban functions, the comfortable and safe life of residents, and the improvement of land use by comprehensively managing the change and decision of use areas and districts, and city planning facilities. -
District Unit Plan
The district unit plan is a comprehensive three-dimensional spatial plan that establishes urban infrastructure, public facilities, and private buildings on specific zones in the city. Junglim Architecture carries out the tasks of closely examining the physical conditions, ownerships, and expected changes of individual lands by establishing concrete and detailed plans of districts within city planning zones, as well as of systematically and deliberately managing such zones by rationalizing land uses, improving urban functions, beautifying the city, and securing sound environment.
Master Plan
We set the optimal direction of development to cope with the future change of situations, and draw up multi-level land use plans and master plans.
