Architectural Design Phase 5 Diagram : 1.Suggesting the direction of design by evaluating the site which is designated or promising with regard to the programmed budget or schedule of the project: this phase serves as the base to logically and wisely use the site as well as for site selection and program development. 2.Setting general conditions, conceptual design, and the scale and relationship of components: this phase has the main goal to obtain consent and approval from the client by establishing comprehensive measures to deal with the building itself covering its function, scale, form, structure, materials, and the like. 3.Preliminarily defining and articulating all the main elements of the project so as for the basic vision set by schematic design to be reflected in construction documents: this phase is to complete a basic system by resolving problems found in the schematic design phase, preparing basic design drawings of architecture, structure, mechanics, electrics/communication, fire-prevention, civil, and landscape, in which the scale and character of the project are defined. 4.Specifically documenting the decisions in design development with concrete drawings that enable actual construction: construction documents serve to deliver the project content to the client, set the mutual roles of the client and the contractor, and communicate opinions about all works, thus becoming references for the term and cost of works. 5.In order to actively cope with inconsistency and revision found in the construction phase, we organize a follow-up management task force to keep our service that explores and suggests communication and resolution between those in charge.
