The Yongin-Tongsam General Industrial Complex is an industrial park optimally located near semiconductor factories of companies such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, offering excellent transportation access. The new headquarters of Surplus Global, a used semiconductor equipment distribution company, is being constructed here as a semiconductor equipment cluster with diverse facilities including equipment exhibition halls, clean rooms, training centers, refurbishing facilities, and office spaces.

The new headquarters, positioning itself as a semiconductor cluster, aims to build a one-stop platform addressing all aspects of the used semiconductor equipment business required by the industry. The building features varying and high story heights, equipped with a system that allows spatial adjustment according to user needs.
