Plant 6, located within Songdo’s Second Bio Campus, is a crucial project for the client to bridge the gap between demand and supply for biopharmaceuticals and achieve sustainable growth in the bio industry. The Plant 6 construction project includes a main factory with a biomanufacturing capacity (CAPA) of 180,000 liters and a large-scale office space of approximately 9,600 pyeong (about 31,500 m²) accommodating around 2,700 employees. Various auxiliary buildings with distinct purposes, such as an Open Innovation Center, amenity facilities, and a parking building, are planned in a rational layout. Building on the know-how accumulated at the First Bio Campus, the goal is to optimize operations and set a new standard for biopharmaceutical production.
