The Renovation & Office facilities BU specializes in renovation projects and office facilities, undertaking ESG-related projects to realize the value of sustainable architecture. Current works include Lotte Confectionery Project, Yeongdeungpo; Doosan Building, Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul; Lotte Department Store, Bundang; Namsan Green Building; Gongdeok Station-area Vitalization Project; JaeHwa Square; and NICE Holdings Office Building, Seoul. With the conviction that architecture must be sustainable, the unit pursues architecture that carries its own heritage and unfolds its legacy in new ways.
