The low-rise residential area being developed in the new-town district adopts modern architectural styles across all categories. Details are simplified, and materials with neutral tones harmonize with the green zones known as the “lungs” of Ho Chi Minh City. All housing types — including villas, townhouses, mixed-use residences, and social housing — are planned and arranged along intersections, following Vietnam’s typical urban-planning approach. The scenery landscaped beautifully through a canal improvement project connects to the district’s central park.
Junglim’s Ho Chi Minh Office undertook the overall master plan and housing typologies for the An Hung Residential District, as well as the basic designs for social housing, villas, the central park landscape, pocket parks, and the clubhouse between 2021 and 2022. Once completed, An Hung Residential District will offer residents a sense of healing and a better quality of life.
