JDI stands for “Junglim Design Innovation,” a design-oriented business unit that focuses not on what we design but on how we design. Rather than being confined by building use or type, JDI advances the overall design quality of projects through design methodologies and frameworks of thinking. It aims to create an organically connected design process — from initial planning to on-site realization. Pursuing “enhanced design,” JDI seeks to elevate design quality through architectural insight, while “pragmatic innovation” guides its commitment to realistic and achievable innovation. Through these principles, JDI builds rational competitiveness that aligns with evolving client needs. This philosophy is realized in a wide range of projects, including the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Hi-Vision Center, Busan North Port Marina, AmorePacific Beauty Plant 2, Magok LT Headquarters, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Ilsan Office, Krafton C1 Renovation, and Gongpyeong District Zone 3 Urban Improvement Office Facilities.
