K-water Water Quality Analysis Center

K-water Water Quality Analysis Center

This project is the Korea Water Resources Corporation’s International Comprehensive Tap Water Testing Center, established to contribute to national industrial development through cutting-edge water resource technology and to enhance the quality of life for the public.

It was an opportunity to reflect on the value of a single drop of water, something we often take for granted. Was it not said that the wise love water? We emerged from water, live alongside it, and sing of life together with it. Even today, water flows silently past us.

The Comprehensive Tap Water Testing Center is a house that deals with water. The best things are like water; water is the source and beginning of life. Water does not seek to be in high places but delights in being in low places. The Comprehensive Tap Water Testing Center strives for architecture that, like water, is closed yet open, and open yet not fragile.
