Jeonbuk Bank Headquarters is positioned between Paldal-ro and Baekje-ro, facing Jeonbuk National University at the entry from the Honam Expressway into Jeonju, serving as a landmark element for the city. To enhance publicness, a large green space and sunken garden were created at the building’s front, enriching the street realm.

Vehicles are directed to the sides and rear of the building, while pedestrians access the front, with separate entrances for offices, banking hall, and large assembly spaces to improve both usage and management efficiency. The customer-facing banking hall occupies the low-rise horizontal mass, offices the high-rise vertical mass, and an atrium symbolically connects these functions.
