Led by Leader Moonki Bae, the Lifestyle Creation BU creates new lifestyles centered on commercial complexes integrating residential, shopping, cultural, and experiential spaces. The unit holds expertise covering the planning and detailed design of various types of Starfield complexes, mixed-use facilities both large and small, and lifestyle residences including senior, high-end, and serviced residences. Bae is a specialist in commercial facilities, residences, and mixed-use developments with over 28 years of experience, as well as a coordinator for overseas collaborations. He has contributed to establishing new differentiated types of commercial complexes, leading the trends in Korean commercial facility design.

Bae has gained diverse experience in architectural practice in Korea and the United States since 1995. After completing multiple mixed-use facility projects with US firms GDS Architects and CallisonRTKL (CRTKL), he joined Junglim Architecture, where he served as a design partner (DP) and a senior team leader, and currently leads the Lifestyle Creation BU. Representative projects include Starfield Hanam, Starfield Anseong, Starfield Changwon, Starfield COEX Mall Byeolmadang Library, and the National Children’s Museum and Integrated Operation Support Center at the National Museum Complex of Korea.
