Namyangju Byeollae A20bl

Namyangju Byeollae A20bl

Block A20, located in the Byeolnae-dong residential development district of Namyangju City, was originally designated as a support facility under the district-level plan. However, due to high demand for housing in the later stages of the development, it was rezoned as a residential area. The site is surrounded by Toemyeo Mountain to the east and Surak Mountain to the west. Walking trails have been established along the Yongamcheon and Deoksongcheon streams, both within a 5-minute walk from the site, making it a convenient location for leisure activities. Given the site’s location at a key junction connecting residential complexes to the south and north, the design aimed to link the urban flows of both directions. The site also offers excellent external accessibility due to its proximity to the Seoul Outer Ring Expressway. In the future, Line 4 is scheduled to be extended to Byeolnae Bukbu Station on the northern side of the site, and Seoul Subway Line 8 is planned to be extended to the southern side.
