The campus is situated on a hillside open to the north. Due to site conditions, access to the athletic field follows an eastbound route guided through the pilotis of the central building, which accommodates communal functions, flanked by girls’ and boys’ classroom wings to the left and right respectively. All building volumes face south toward the campus, green, and the sun.
To foster an emotional atmosphere often lacking in vocational schools at the time, and to instill pride in students as a place of learning, architectural quality was elevated through superior facilities and environment. Red brick cladding was selected for its warm, human-friendly atmosphere, while window patterns introduce rhythm to mitigate the monotony of long walls.
