Led by Leader Woongab Jeong, the Value-add BU was established with the goal of discovering and completing projects that maximize value for both clients and stakeholders. From small- and medium-scale offices to renovations that transform the nature of spaces, to complex urban block developments, the unit provides differentiated solutions based on accumulated expertise and urban sensibility. Jeong has built long-term trust with clients, consistently working on their projects for over ten years and proposing architectural solutions that enhance both the clients’ assets and social value through sustained relationships.

Jeong joined Junglim Architecture in 2010 after working at Korean Architects Collective International and currently leads the Value-Add BU. Notable projects include remodeling works such as COEX Mall, Daegu Bank Headquarters, and LG Twin Towers; hotel and leisure facilities like Doowoo Leisure Complex and Seoul Dragon City; and block-scale complex development projects including the Trade Center space improvement project. He continuously monitors social trends and engages in communication, focusing not simply on “good architecture” but on creating “valuable architecture” and “spaces of coexistence” that positively impact various social sectors.
