The Seonbawi District in Ulsan is characterized by the Taehwa River flowing to the north and the tourist attraction called Seonbawi to the northeast. By drawing the preserved green space along the main road on the south side into the entire area, a curved green space and public facility area resembling the flow of the Taehwa River were proposed, enabling simpler spatial recognition and convenient access and use of public facilities and schools. The building layout was planned to lower structures closer to the river, establishing the district as a city with distinctive scenery harmonized with nature.
