TriGem Computer Headquarters

TriGem Computer Headquarters

At the Trigem Computer Headquarters, the design first addressed the site’s floor area limitation by introducing a three-story open lobby at the ground level and a three-story sky lobby on the 13th floor. In the plan, the relatively spacious office zones and the core lobby areas limited by floor configuration were differentiated in depth. To soften the planar simplicity resulting from this variation, gently curved surfaces were incorporated, mitigating the metallic coldness of the exterior. For the façade, aluminum composite panels and a glass curtain wall were employed to reflect the company’s identity as a computer manufacturer — sophisticated and high-tech in appearance. The exterior composition, structured with metal frames spanning three stories each, creates a strong yet distinctive façade. The building is currently occupied as Financial Investment Center Building.
