STT Seoul 1 is the first data center in South Korea operated by STT GDC, a global data center specialist. With a total floor area of approximately 40,000 square meters, it supports an IT load of up to 30 MW.
To ensure safety—including protection against flood damage—all key facilities are located on the ground floor. The building was designed to blend harmoniously with the urban environment, featuring a public open space at the front and a landscaped rooftop on the top floor.
The facade incorporates STT GDC’s distinctive “family look” design, consistently embodying the company’s brand identity as a global enterprise. This project was developed through a project financing (PF) arrangement using a lease-to-own model and was constructed as a high-quality data center that meets global standards.
