Adjacent to the 7th National Highway and the KCC Switzen Sokcho (Joyang-dong) is located in Joyang-dong, which provides easy access to transportations in the city. The project site is located like the last puzzle piece of housing development in the Joyang-dong residential area between the 4th KNHC Block 1 and 2 and Seongho Fleurville, serving to weave the local context and provide infrastructure so as to extend vital energy to the other blocks around. We established the view-opening axis that connects the southern Mt. Cheongdaesan and the northern Lake Cheongcho, and maximized the view and orientation with the mainly southeast- or southwest-oriented planning that provides the views of Mt. Seoraksan and the East Sea far away.
