The ICT Convergence Center supposed to be built in Suseong Alpha City, Daegu, is a public center of knowledge industry operating spaces rented or leased for one-person business. It was designed as one basement plus six-story aboveground on the knowledge-based facility site in the housing land development zone, focusing on the connection with the SW Convergence Technology Support Center located at the west of the site in terms of scale, design, and function. The parking space above the legal minimum was secured, and the cost was designed as reasonable under the condition of limited construction budget and period.
