The building is skewed 45 degrees from the urban axis to reduce view interference. The diagonal gap formed between the site and the building is resolved with a triangular open plaza and landscaping, proposing an open urban landscape even on a compact site. The main entrance secures visual recognition through an irregular-formed design of the transfer beam and its columns, which are necessarily created by structural planning. The neighborhood facilities on the first floor and basement levels 1-2 provide a base for the upper office spaces, while the sunken plaza attracts light and people, expanding the relationship between city and architecture.
