The Sangbong Dongyang N Part Youth Safe Housing is a residential project jointly developed by the public and private sectors for young adults in their 20s and 30s in a transit-oriented location near major transportation hubs. To proceed with the construction, it was necessary to meet the required standards, so the project was carried out after reviewing relevant laws and ordinances. A total of 299 housing units were completed, consisting of public and private rental units. The zoning of the existing Type 3 General Residential Area was upgraded to a General Commercial Area, achieving a floor area ratio (FAR) of 900 percent.
