The Samyang Corporation Incheon Distribution Center is a project to build a regional distribution center (RDC) that consolidates delivery for the metropolitan area on the site of a soccer field at the Samyang Corporation Incheon Factory 2, located adjacent to the First and Second Gyeongin Expressways.

Several layout alternatives were reviewed to secure independence and separate circulation from the existing factory. The first floor is planned as a low-temperature warehouse, while the third and fourth floors are designed as ambient temperature warehouses using freight elevators and vertical conveyors. Notably, the fourth floor was also planned with the potential future conversion to a dough factory in mind, incorporating three cores for independent circulation. To add one floor, the core area uses reinforced concrete structure, while the entire warehouse building uses precast concrete structure. The rooftop was landscaped to provide a pleasant working environment.
