Deokso 2 District is the highest elevated site within the Deokso area, located on a hill adjacent to the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway and bordering the Han River to the southwest. According to the site’s characteristics, the design aimed to harmoniously reconcile two key factors: the creation of a public urban environment and securing views for project viability. To satisfy orientation and views for all units, the main residential buildings were arranged to follow the long east-west shape of the site. This layout not only ensures each unit enjoys a view toward the Han River but also secures the visual axis within the urban context.
