The Nampo-dong Complex Town located within Busan Jagalchi Market is a mixed-use development designed in collaboration with the Dutch architectural firm MVRDV. Uniquely designed with pronounced volumetric variations, it was selected as a pilot project for special architectural districts. With special architectural exceptions applied, the complex is planned as a 45-story building with a floor area ratio of 1300%. The establishment of this complex town aims to revitalize the local commercial district, create tourism resources, and form a new landmark.
