This LH Smart Cooperative Logistics Center is located within the Cheonan Logistics Complex, approximately 4.5 kilometers from the Cheonan IC, offering an efficient transportation hub. Reflecting its public function as an LH logistics center, the facility was designed to serve as a logistics base for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supporting a variety of logistics activities from logistics and distribution companies to other local SMEs.
The plan focuses on creating a high-quality working environment and incorporates provisions for the future adoption of smart logistics systems. To improve the conventional warehouse image, functional programs were organized at a human scale. The proposal aims to differentiate the warehouse through enhanced safety, eco-friendly strategies, and an improved overall work environment.
