Led by Director Kim Kihan, the Junglim Academy Hub (JAH) is an architectural education platform that nurtures professional architects and supports sustainable growth, based on over 60 years of accumulated architectural experience and assets of Junglim Architecture. As the first educational program, it launched the Junglim Academy Digital Unit (JAdU), supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. JAdU is the only institution in the architectural design industry designated as a KDT (K-Digital Training) education center, producing about 100 trainees annually.

He has held various roles including design division leader, president of Junglim DNB (Design & Build), overseas office chief, marketing chief, and CEO (2020). His design works include Ewha Womans University Education and Culture Center, Hongik University Daehak-ro Campus, Gwangju City Hall, Catholic University 150th Anniversary Memorial Hall, and Yeongam Formula One Racing Circuit.
