The K-Culture Valley Promotion Hall was designed as a space where visitors can experience Korean culture and Hallyu (Korean Wave) content. Its layout features a courtyard surrounded by walls, forming a ‘ㅁ’-shaped traditional Hanok style structure as the basic spatial framework. The pixelated façade pattern symbolizes creative cultural content and cutting-edge technology, integrating information and communication technology (ICT) with a nighttime lighting plan that allows various façade expressions. This is the main design motif of the “Pixel House,” which fuses Korean tradition and modern technology.
Upon entering the exhibition hall, visitors encounter a video presenting a blueprint of the cultural creation convergence belt and the significance of K-Culture Valley. Inside, there is an observatory and a model providing a detailed view of K- Culture Valley facilities, allowing visitors to envision the project in detail.
