Junglim Architecture Announces 2026 New Year Vision: “Organizational Leap Based on AI and Technology”
Announces Strategies for Design, Advanced Technology, and CM Divisions… Emphasizes Organizational Integration and Enhanced Execution
Kicks off the New Year with Distinctive ‘Communication Initiatives’ by Division, Including Urban Walks and Museum Visits

In the New Year’s Address Dialogue with Division Heads, concrete action plans to drive Junglim Architecture’s tangible growth this year were presented.
Yongkyo Jeong, Head of Design, stated, “We will maximize our design responsiveness by enhancing the BU (Business Unit) system and reorganizing through cluster transition.” He expressed the commitment to leap forward as a leading AI-based design organization through sharing an integrated AI design process, organizing a Junior AI Lab, and internalizing the technology.
Myungjin Lee, Head of the Advanced Design Division, declared 2026 as the inaugural year to secure a top-tier market position in industrial design and expand the portfolio with a mindset of seizing opportunities without delay.
Furthermore, ahead of its 60th anniversary, he expressed the company’s resolve to solidify its organizational culture by activating internal programs that share Jeonglim’s philosophy and future vision with all members, proactively preparing for the next 60 years.
Myungse Pang, CEO of Jeonglim CM, likened this year—marking the latter half of the ‘CM Roadmap 2030’—to the Hillary Step, the final hurdle before Everest’s summit. He emphasized, “We will accelerate the expansion of large-scale private and industrial projects to significantly advance our entry into the major CM market.”

Following the opening ceremony, department-specific field communication events were held to highlight each division’s unique characteristics. Design department employees presented a distinctive performance walking through the city center under the theme ‘Unity in Diversity’. The Advanced Design Department visited the National Museum of Korea, a representative project by Jeonglim Architects, reaffirming the essential meaning of spatial design that bridges past heritage and future value.
Junglim Architecture expressed its expectation that this event would symbolically showcase Junglim’s organizational culture, enhancing the execution power to advance toward a single goal within an organization where diverse values coexist, thereby solidifying future competitiveness.
