The Newstay private rental housing project, located in the district of Sinan, Jochiwon, is a new residential development project where over 50% of the total housing units are supplied as rental housing. Considering the surrounding natural environment and educational infrastructure, a multi-level complex was planned by utilizing the topographic characteristics of the site located on a slope.
