Icheon Xi The Park is a residential complex developed within the private park project “Icheon Buak Park,” jointly undertaken by the public and private sectors in response to the Urban Park Sunset Policy. The project follows the Special Act on Private Park Development, allowing up to 30% of the total park area to be designated as non-park facilities for apartment construction.
As a private park development, the complex enjoys a rich natural setting and benefits from planned circulation routes that connect directly to the adjacent park, enhancing user convenience. The design harmonizes with its surroundings through features such as low-rise terrace houses that take advantage of the existing sloped terrain and the landscape facilities arranged on naturally formed deck spaces.
