The housing complex was designed for the employees of Honam Petrochemical Industry. The design was to proviede delightful suburban residential environment without changing natural topography of the site. At first, the design analyzed the locations of passages and houses at the existing village and preserved most of the existing conditions. Also importantly considered were flexibility, growth, and changes of the housing complex all of which were carefully reflected in the master plan and architectural design.
