Junglim Architects Hanoi Branch was established in November 2017, starting with Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi, and opened its office in April 2018, continuing operations to the present. Comprising multiple Project Offices (PO), the Hanoi Branch coordinates with local clients and partners to adapt designs created at headquarters to meet Vietnamese standards, handling the acquisition of various permits and approvals.

Currently, it is executing five projects, including the Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi completed in 2023, the Daewoo THT Complex residential project in Hanoi, and the VCJ Office, as well as an LG Electronics industrial facility project in the Hải Phòng region. Recently, the company has diversified its business scope, undertaking conceptual master plan designs for new cities such as Thượng Cát in Hanoi and Kiên Giang in Thái Bình Province.
