The BGF Retail Central Distribution Center, located in the Sansu Industrial Complex, Jincheon, Chungbuk Province, will serve as a hub for the company’s nationwide distribution network. Symbolic of the company’s central logistics center, the building is designed with an optimized circulation system and spatial environment. Being adjacent to Sansuri, a significant Baekje heritage site, the site is subject to cultural heritage protection laws limiting height to under 14 meters and 4 floors. This height restriction shapes the building form from the third floor upward into a symbolic façade element. Also, a rooftop lounge provides a comfortable workspace environment for staff.
