AmorePacific Beauty Plant 2 was planned as part of a project to relocate the sample building from AmorePacific Beauty Plant 1, originally designed by Junglim Architecture. The site planning began with consideration of the front green space of the nature-friendly Beauty Plant within the industrial complex. The concept involved connecting this green space to the nearby reservoir park and then drawing it into the plant site.
Employee access routes were arranged on the south side to allow entry from Gajangsaneopdong-ro, the main road fronting the Beauty Plant, while cargo routes were positioned on the west side of the site to avoid interference with employee paths. Located on the site west of Plant 1, this building links the two campuses — not only functionally for movements of raw materials or finished products, but also with significant meaning in the overall urban context. Accordingly, the green axis created in Plant 1 was extended to this site, connecting to Plant 2’s plaza to form an approximately 1km axis. Starting from this, the entire Beauty Campus context is expected to connect functionally through green spaces.
