
Junglim Architecture received a commendation from Incheon Metropolitan City on Wednesday, December 10th, at an award ceremony held in the Management Team Conference Room on the 7th floor of its headquarters. This recognition was granted for its contributions to the successful hosting of the ‘21st Incheon Asian Architects Congress (ACA21)’, the promotion of architectural culture, and the development of the local community.
Previously, on Tuesday, November 18, at the Sebitseom Livgosh, the firm received a plaque of appreciation from the Korean Institute of Registered Architects (KIRA), a co-hosting organization of the conference, at the closing ceremony for the 21st Incheon Asian Architects Congress Organizing Committee. The Korean Institute of Registered Architects expressed gratitude to Junglim Architecture for participating in the exhibition program (Exhibition Theme: Junglim Architecture for Tomorrow’s Earth) and for providing active support and cooperation to ensure the successful operation of the conference. This contributed to expanding knowledge exchange among Asian architects and enhancing the status of Korean architectural culture.
Additionally, Mr. Yongkyo Jeong, CEO of Junglim Architecture, who served as Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 21st Incheon Asian Architects Congress and dedicated himself to the overall operation of the event, was recognized for his contributions and received a Certificate of Merit.
Junglim Architecture plans to use this award as an opportunity to continuously expand its responsibility and role in international architectural exchange and the development of architectural culture.
