Block A1 in Songdo New City is adjacent to Central Park and is slated for development as a mixed-use complex alongside the Songdo Convention Center and the 66-story Northeast Asia Trade Tower (NEAT). It will include retail, office, hotel, convention, and entertainment facilities, offering opportunities for these diverse programs and providing a new experience—combined with entertainment—for both Songdo residents and visitors alike. Block A1 is easily accessible from the highway to the west, the parkway to the south, and Songdo to the east. Additionally, seamless connectivity between the various programs within A1, facilitated by ground-level pedestrian links, will breathe continuous life into the entire block.
