The Role of Architects in Creating Livable Cities
An architectural essay by Jiseong Woo of Urban Architecture BL was published in the January 2024 issue of Architect, a monthly magazine published by the Korean Institute of Architects.
This architectural discourse, titled “The Role of Architects in Urban Design,” features discussions by three architects. In his contribution, Jiseong Woo discussed the significance and importance of architects’ contributions to urban design, while introducing master plan projects he has led, such as the Anyang Maegok District, Asan Tangjeong 2 District, and Ulsan Seonbawi District.
