This proposal focuses on creating a multipurpose complex—featuring an international banquet hall, a multipurpose banquet hall, and an arcade—designed to contribute to community development. The design aims to harmonize with the site, the existing building, and the surrounding environment while incorporating innovative ideas and integrating seamlessly with the existing hotel to generate strong, mutually beneficial synergy.
