Seventh Springs, a salad and grill restaurant, is a chain restaurant with locations across the country. The Hongdae branch spans seven floors, with the top two floors used as offices and the bottom two floors as the restaurant. Seventh Springs is an eco-friendly restaurant that promotes a healthy dining culture.

This project aimed to reflect the company’s identity through the building itself. By incorporating the company’s eco-friendly image into the space, we provided a pleasant experience for customers. Specifically, we installed a greenhouse in the open space on the top floor and utilized large windows opening to the outside to fully showcase the brand’s image. As a result, many people passing through Hongdae have come to recognize Seven Springs in a new light, and the company has also achieved significant promotional benefits.
