Gunpo Songjeong district abuts onto Yeongdong expressway, national highway No. 47, Gwangmyeong-Suwon highway, and subway line 4, so its potential demand is expected to be plentiful. B1BL is the first complex located in the main road of Songjeong district people can see as entering the city. Therefore, we planned to make it a landmark of the city and deploy it to secure housing promotion. Based on 7 minimum main buildings and southeast-centered plate-type planning, we maximized 3-side open houses with a misalignment deployment and improved individual privacy and right of a view by constituting 4-5 bay houses in a full south aspect.
