Jinjang Cinema Logistics Complex 7B-2BL is located in Buk-gu, Ulsan, within one kilometer from the Ulsan Airport. In the Jinjang District are already many complex facilities like Costco, Lotte Mart, and Moda Outlet, intended to serve as the catalyst to activate the northern commercial sphere of Buk-gu, Ulsan. This project is a complex facility with two basements and three aboveground stories, and its program includes cinema (CGV), some food and beverage (F&B), and commercial spaces. The building has a low volume due to the absolute altitude restriction and the maximum floor-area-ratio, with the commercial space planned on the first floor and the cinema on the second to three floors so as to restrict the degree of opening the facades or changing the mass form. The facades are low-cost constructions, but some promotion effects or the like for a commercial facility had to be considered for this project.
