It is adjacent to Eunpyeong New Town, and is surrounded by Bukhansan National Park, Changbong River, and Nogosan Natural Park.

We connected the stream of the neighboring park located in the west side of the north with the flow of the stream to create a large-scale forest in the complex. In accordance with the westerly river flow, a large-scale forest was established and a public walkway leading to the river was established to establish a safe walking network connecting the residents to the rivers. In addition, a variety of program activities and communication with residents are provided in conjunction with public welfare facilities in conjunction with the welfare facilities. With 100% southward layout for maximizing residential performance, we maximized the open plan generation linked to the sunshine plan and the tea ceremony, and planned the appropriate number of times considering the external space.
