Gimpo Hangang New Town E-Land Townhills

E-Land Town Hills Gimpo Hangang is a complex of 550 apartments located at Ab-12BL, Gimpo Hangang New Town. With variegated layouts of lower-story (15- to 16-story), medium-story (18- to 21-story), and higher-story (27-story) buildings, the complex has a skyline in harmony with the nearby neighborhood park. At the top floors of some buildings were designed duplex-type penthouses to create a differentiated cityscape.

Along the southern road, the main road of this new town, were planned neighborhood living facilities to enable the convenient use by local residents and add vitality to the pedestrian landscape.

Convenience for the use of the community was intended by concentrating main community facilities on the main entrance of the complex, connecting the pedestrian to the vertical circulation, and placing the community for the old and weak as adjacent to the circulation core.
