The project follows the Special Act on Private Park Development, allowing up to 30% of the total park area to be designated as non-park facilities for apartment construction.
As a private park development, the complex enjoys a rich natural setting and benefits from planned circulation routes that connect directly to the adjacent park, enhancing user convenience. The design harmonizes with its surroundings through features such as low-rise terrace houses that take advantage of the existing sloped terrain and the landscape facilities arranged on naturally formed deck spaces.
