The project site near Siheung City Hall Station is slated to be a “triple station area,” indicating a location served by three subway lines and expected to experience continuous population influx, thus possessing strong growth potential. The site is planned to enhance the core functions of a station area by providing diverse mixed-use features such as residential, commercial, office, and cultural uses, along with transportation accessibility.

The three-tower residential portion, comprising 1,019 units, is designed to become a landmark representing Siheung City. It also incorporates accessibility features including pedestrian overpasses, a transfer parking lot, and attractive mixed-use facilities and interior spaces.
