Wanju-Sambong Jungheung S Class Edupark

Wanju-Sambong Jungheung S Class Edupark

The Jungheung S-Class Edupark, located in Block B-3 of the Public Housing District, Sambong, Wanju, is situated with the Mangyeong River to the south and the Wanju Industrial Complex to the north, providing abundant natural and human infrastructure. The 40-meter-wide view axis is planned to connect with the neighborhood park on the southeast side, allowing residents to enjoy a nature-friendly living environment. All units are of the four-bay type to increase marketability, and the building layout combines four units in a slab-type structure to maximize open space within the complex. The facades of specialized units and general units are differentiated to provide visual variety while using colors that shape a soft urban image. The community facilities include a multi-purpose sports facility spanning two floors, a golf practice range, a fitness center, a resident meeting room, a senior citizens’ center, and a daycare center.
