The project site is within a station area centered around Sosa Station, within a 2km radius from which Bucheon, Yeokgok, and Sosaeul Stations are located. Within 3km from the site, diverse school zones are distributed and residential complexes are clustered, contributing to the site’s promising profitability. As such, the building is planned to serve as a new landmark at the heart of the Sosabon-dong district unit planning area, envisioned as an open residential complex where nature and people interact.
For resident privacy, the orientation prioritizes south-facing units, and walking circulation is separated from vehicle circulation to ensure pedestrian safety. The townscape and facade design seek to reflect both urban and brand identity.
