Led by Leader Kim Kyunghoon, JPA (Junglim Planning Advisory) is a collective of space creators that provides differentiated total space solutions based on the relationship between space and people to realize the tangible and intangible values that space holds. The collective undertakes projects that integrate space and brand organically, including co-living, senior housing, mixed-use developments, office spaces, R&D, commercial, metaverse, and public spaces. Architects, designers, and creators from diverse fields collaborate to offer integrated space branding services through total space solutions that cover space planning, spatial experience × environmental design, design build, and space operation.

Kim joined Junglim Architecture in 2006 and has worked as a design partner and a design principal, leading design directions and winning numerous major architectural and design awards. He later served as the leader of NID LAB (Next Integration Design Laboratory), conducting future design strategy and research. Currently, as JPA CCO, he oversees space branding and design projects that organically integrate space and brand, with insights and expertise on various rapidly-evolving types of places and spaces. He has taught at Hongik University and Soongsil University and is also active as a concept artist.
