Led by CEO Myungse Pang, Junglim CM specializes in construction management (CM), managing projects on behalf of building owners or clients. The scope of construction management includes adhering to project schedules, reducing construction costs, managing structure and materials, and encompassing all areas necessary for construction, including site safety management. Beyond simple supervision, Junglim CM aims to deliver a higher level of total CM service that enhances building quality and shortens project costs and timelines through technological expertise.
Pang graduated in architecture from Sungkyunkwan University and completed an MBA at its Graduate School of Business Administration, as well as advanced urban environment and future strategy programs at Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Environmental Studies and the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board Academy. Having joined Junglim Architecture in 1990 through a competitive recruitment process, he has worked for over 25 years as an architect in various roles, including design division, planning office, residential division, CM, and ODA project management. Since 2018, he has overseen the CM sector’s growth and became CEO of the spin-off company Junglim CM in 2023. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Construction Management Association of Korea since 2021.
